3. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services, including:

You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499.
- Flat Rate: ₹49 for orders below ₹499.
- Express Shipping: Additional ₹99 (delivery in 1-3 days).
5. Order Tracking

- Click “Track Order” for live updates.

6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
- If delivery fails (e.g., wrong address, recipient unavailable), we:
- Reattempt once for free.
- Hold the order for 5 days before initiating a return/refund.
- Return to Sender: After 2 failed attempts, the order is cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping fees).
7. Undelivered/Lost Packages
If your order is marked “delivered” but not received:
- Check with neighbors/society guard.
- Contact us within 48 hours with Order ID.
- We’ll investigate with the courier and resolve within 5 business days.
